Cristin Condon

Family Advocate

Massachusetts 5 yrs experience Remote

Hi I’m Cristin-I’m a single mom of 3 young adults-my middle child is 21 and has Down syndrome. I worked as an SLP for 20 years then began working with families as a decluttering expert then added life coaching, meditation and somatic work to my toolkit. I help moms of people with disabilities navigate burnout so they can live long and well and be the best advocates for their children and carve out their own life at the same time.

Paige Ryan

Special Education Advocate

Massachusetts 1 yrs experience Remote

I am a pediatric physical therapist and caregiver coach with over a decade of experience working with children with disabilities, neurodivergent profiles, and complex medical needs. I founded Foundation First Physical Therapy specifically because I kept watching families navigate impossibly complex systems alone — and I wanted to be the person in their corner. My advocacy work lives at the intersection of clinical expertise and systems navigation. I help families understand their child's PT needs, push back on insurance denials, navigate DME and equipment authorization, prepare for IEP meetings from a motor and functional perspective, and make sense of the medical language and recommendations being thrown at them by a team of specialists. What I bring that most advocates don't is the clinical background to speak the language of the providers AND the ability to translate it for families in a way that actually makes sense. I have sat in IEP meetings, written medical necessity letters, filed insurance appeals, and coached caregivers through some of the most overwhelming moments of their lives. I work with families of children with cerebral palsy, autism, rare and complex diagnoses, and medically complex profiles. I am based in Chelmsford, MA but offer virtual support nationwide through my caregiver coaching practice.

Debbie Sharp

Special Education Advocate

Massachusetts 10 yrs experience Remote

Hi, I’m Debbie Sharp, founder of Who’s Learning Now. I help families navigate the complicated world of IEPs, 504 plans, and school supports. From Specific Learning Disabilities to School Avoidance. Especially for kids with needs that aren’t always well understood, like PANS/PANDAS be seen for their strengths, not just their struggles. I’ve been on both sides, as a special education teacher and as a mom who’s been in the IEP trenches myself. I use that experience to guide parents with empathy and clarity. Making sure they feel heard, empowered, and supported every step of the way.
